Week 10

At this week's weigh-in I gained 0.5 lbs. I'd really like to say it's
all muscle weight b/c I added 1 day to my workout routine and muscle
weighs more than fat...but it's most likely due to dinner at Deacon
and Deaconess Stevenson's house on Sunday...That lady had food laid
out like it was Thanksgiving already and she can cook! LOL...So the
cobbler and ice cream I had for dessert probably didn't help the
deviled eggs, cabbage, collards, yams, rice, cornbread and everything
else that I had already eaten...lol I did take care not to overeat,
so I ain't mad...lol ...I just had a little of everything I wanted to
try, and it was definitely worth it...

Week 10 Loss: -0.5 lbs
Weight Loss to Date: 11.5 lbs
Weight to Goal: 9.5 lbs

Week 9

Well, I had a loss over the last two weeks (thank you stomach virus!
lol...just kidding). I've been sticking with making good food choices
(although I don't track as well as I should on weekends) and working
out...Maybe one day I'll be up to the recommended 30 min/day...but I'm
not quite there yet...lol

Week 9 Loss: 2.5 lbs
Weight Loss to Date: 12.0 lbs
Weight to Goal: 9.0 lbs

Schnika - Week 7

I didn't post last week, mostly because I kept forgetting to send the email.  By the time I remembered, it was Wednesday, and I thought, what's the point?  It was another no loss/no gain week anyway.  I would lose during the week (and also the week before that), and then just drink it all back on during the weekends!  LOL  I guess my eating contributed too since I tend not to track as well on the weekend because I've saved up my flex points for weekend splurges.  Well, I didn't drink this past weekend, and even though I didn't workout b/c of a cold, I was still able to lose a little this week...
 
Week 7 Loss: 3.0 lbs
Weight Loss to Date: 9.5 lbs
Weight to Goal: 11.5 lbs
