Week 17
Today's weight: 137.0 lbs, 33% body fat
This week's loss: 3.0 lbs, 0% body fat
Total loss: 20.0 lbs, 9% body fat

Still working out...actually worked out 3 times already this week because I didn't have to go in to the part-time. I finally hit the 20 lb. milestone (I wanted to reach it 6 weeks ago, but I'm satisfied). I haven't lost a lot of physical pounds lately, but my body is changing and I'm happy with it. My original goal was 25% body fat, but I may be revising it. I'll know for sure at my next milestone, which is 10 lbs by August 31. I know that's a long time away, but it's realistic based on my current rate of weight loss.
Now, I hate to complain, but it's even harder now to find jeans that fit. My thighs have slimmed down some, but they still are in a size range that's about 1-2 sizes larger than my waist. I recently bought jeans from different stores, so far the New York and Company jeans fit best (but still have the gappy waist, need a belt and still looks crazy b/c the waist is folded up issue). I'm going to take a couple of them to a local tailor to see if there's anything that can be done about it...

Today's weight: 140.0 lbs, 33% body fat
This week's loss: -1.5 lbs, 1% body fat
Total loss: 17.0 lbs, 9% body fat

4 months...who knew I would have lasted this long! LOL
I gained 2 lbs in 1 day -- I was 138 yesterday! LOL I guess b/c of PMS...and I just realized that I ate dinner twice last night. I ate before I went to work, and forgot so I ate a frozen dinner before I went to bed. I should have just settled for a snack. But anyway, I think today's weigh-in is screwed up. We'll see what next week's looks like. Worked out twice this week, and plan on working out tonight and maybe tomorrow...

Week 15
Today's weight: 138.5 lbs, 34% body fat
This week's loss: 1.5 lbs, 1% body fat
Total loss: 18.5 lbs, 8% body fat

Workouts decreased due to low energy (them damn allergies) and less free time. After my next milestone (1.5 lbs to go!) my goal is to lose 4 lbs a month (sounds doable) until I get to my final goal of 25% body fat (well, anything in the 20's would be good).

Forget to weigh on Thursday morning, so using Wednesday's stats. No/low energy and didn't work out much :(
