Week 9
Well, I had a loss over the last two weeks (thank you stomach virus!
lol...just kidding). I've been sticking with making good food choices
(although I don't track as well as I should on weekends) and working
out...Maybe one day I'll be up to the recommended 30 min/day...but I'm
not quite there yet...lol
Week 9 Loss: 2.5 lbs
Weight Loss to Date: 12.0 lbs
Weight to Goal: 9.0 lbs
