Week 13
I gained 2 lbs, but I'm not surprised at all...lol. I'll blame some of it on hormones/water retention. But the other part came from not working out at all last week and eating homemade candys and cookies from my manager's manager. I just didn't feel like doing what I needed to do last week. I've been working late in recent weeks because we are having a lot of work to do, so I'll have to start getting creative at fitting my workouts into the schedule...
