Schnika - Week 7

I didn't post last week, mostly because I kept forgetting to send the email.  By the time I remembered, it was Wednesday, and I thought, what's the point?  It was another no loss/no gain week anyway.  I would lose during the week (and also the week before that), and then just drink it all back on during the weekends!  LOL  I guess my eating contributed too since I tend not to track as well on the weekend because I've saved up my flex points for weekend splurges.  Well, I didn't drink this past weekend, and even though I didn't workout b/c of a cold, I was still able to lose a little this week...
 
Week 7 Loss: 3.0 lbs
Weight Loss to Date: 9.5 lbs
Weight to Goal: 11.5 lbs
