Week 11
Another 0.5 lb gain....not so bad considering I am still enjoying the
desserts from Thanksgiving and I only worked out once last week...
Week 11 Loss: -0.5 lbs
Weight Loss to Date: 11.0 lbs
Weight to Goal: 10 lbs
