Week 12

This week my weight started back in the right direction, but we'll see how that goes....lol Holiday parties and potlucks are already starting at work, and my manager's manager brought us each a box of homemade cookies and candies today...hmmm...yummy.  So I guess I'll continue to indulge sensibly so I won't sabotage myself too much...
