Schnika - Week 2
Second week of my pseudo WW went well I guess. I'm boring and there's really not much to share...lol... I realized that I had stopped thinking about what I was eating at mealtimes or in between, so I'm once again thinking about what I eat and trying to make healthier choices. One of my pitfalls is not eating enough fruits/vegetables or drinking enough water, so I'm trying to work on those things...
Week 2 Loss: 1.0 lbs
Weight Loss to Date: 6.0 lbs
Weight to Goal: 14.0 lbs
Week 1 - Schnika
OK, it's been ages since I've posted. Since January, I've been saying that I need to do something to get more active and eat better and to lose the weight that I regained in the last 2 years, but it took me until now to get started...So thanks to the inspiration provided by Cheryl and Tracie, along with a little bet I made with G about the snacks that I eat, I'm now motivated to get back on track!
And I took tiny tiny baby steps to get back on track...lol...I started back working out regularly late August, and last Monday I started up my food diary/pseudo Weight Watcher's again. So now that I'm back in the game, I guess I'll start posting...
Starting Weight: 148 lbs (late August)
Week 1 Loss: 1.5 lbs
Weight Loss to Date: 5.0 lbs
Weight to Goal: 15.0 lbs
