Today's weight: 140.0 lbs, 35% body fat
This weeks loss: 0.5 lbs, 0% body fat
Total loss: 17 lbs, 7% body fat

Forget to weigh on Thursday morning, so using Wednesday's stats. No/low energy and didn't work out much :(
