Week 1

I lost 1.5 lbs between my last post and Dec. 29, ending 2008 with 12 lbs lost in around 15 weeks.  However, 2009 is proving to be tough for me and losing weight, as I've gained 2 lbs already!  LOL...Guess it's time for me to kick it into high gear...


Week 1 Loss: -2.0 lbs
Weight Loss to Date: 10.0 lbs
Weight to Goal: 11.0 lbs
