Today's weight: 130.0 lbs, 31% body fat
This week's loss: 0.5 lbs, 0% body fat
Total loss: 27.0 lbs, 11% body fat

Worked out last night for the first time in months. Eating habits suffered for the last two weeks (major emotional issues + PMS). Anyway, here's to getting back to good habits.
