Week 13
Today's weight: 140.5 lbs, 35% body fat
This weeks loss: 1.5 lbs, 1% body fat
Total loss: 16.5 lbs, 7% body fat

Tough week for me, had little energy but managed to continue working out. PMS+allergies are wearing me down!
