Week 8
Today's weight: 145 lbs, 35% body fat
This weeks loss: 0 lbs, 3% body fat
Total loss: 12 lbs, 7% body fat

This week I did bad, but surprisingly I didn't gain any weight. I only worked out once. And I ate birthday cake a couple of times :( But I only turn 25 once, so I guess it's worth it...LOL
This week (the PMS week) has been pretty normal, with a lot of cravings. Next week I'll have to get back on track.
