Today's weight: 145 lbs, 38% body fat
This weeks loss: 2 lbs, -2% body fat
Total loss: 12 lbs, 4% body fat
This week I lost 2 lbs. On track! I didn't workout like I had planned (2 weekdays off in a row!), but that was only temporary. Today I will resume my workouts. So far, I'm pleased with what's going on. I can see the change in my body in front of the mirror, and some of my newer jeans aren't as tight as they used to be. Maybe soon I'll be able to fit into all those pants I 'outgrew'...
