Week 6
Today's weight: 147 lbs, 38% body fat
This weeks loss: 1 lbs, -2% body fat
Total loss: 10 lbs, 4% body fat
I lost 1 pound this week. I guess that's too be expected since I lost 3.5 lbs last week. I am proud that I reached the 10 lb mark this week. My next milestone is to do another 10 lbs in 5 weeks (avg 2 lbs/week). So on my March 16 weigh in I will be (I'm speaking life here) 137 lbs or less.
Yesterday, I went grocery shopping and I managed to buy a lot of healthy things. I also bought some my 'indulgence' items that keep me going. I'm trying out some of Blue Bunny's ice cream bars. I'll let ya'll know how they are.
