Week 5
Today's weight: 148 lbs, 36% body fat
This weeks loss: 3.5 lbs, 2% body fat
Total loss: 9 lbs, 6% body fat

OK, I'm back on track! I was pleasantly pleased when I got on the scale this morning and weighed in at 148. I almost didn't weigh, because I forgot to weigh before I put my clothes on. I was already running late, but decided to go ahead and undress so that I could weigh in for today.
I've been doing good on keeping up my workout schedule. This week was pretty hard, because I really didn't feel like doing anything. I confess I didn't workout any last night, but I had a good reason (went to visitation services for a classmate that died in a drunk driving accident--ya'll please be careful), and I know that I will have a good work out tonight.
Also, those low point, but still sweet (and pretty good) snacks (100 calorie packs by Nabisco) have really been working out for me. This week, I really indulged, but I suspect that next week my cravings will subside. But I was so happy that I could satisfy my cravings without a lot of calories or fat. I liked the Peanut Butter crisps for breakfast...the Chips Ahoy and Oreo ones are good too. At work, they sometimes have the 100 calorie Wheat Thins too, and I like those for breakfast or for a snack. That's another one of my goals, to actually eat something in the morning instead of waiting all the way to lunch. But anyway, I'm rambling now so I guess it's time for this posting to be over...
